Think Again: Child Soldiers

Child soldiering is not something new. Is child soldiering a human rights issue? Why are children associated with fighting forces? Why did they become suicide bombers? Is there a way to stop it? Scott Gates (director of the Centre for the Study of Civil War at the International Peace Research Institute) and Simon Reich (director of the Division of Global Affairs at Rutgers University) have some thoughts on these questions.
