LexisNexis Tutorial and Enquiry Desk Service

Welcome back!  At the beginning of the second semester, your Lexis student representatives will hold 3 tutorial sessions in Discussion Room C, Law Library, on:

 

  • 15 January 2010 (Friday): 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
  • 22 January 2010 (Friday): 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
  • 29 January 2010 (Friday): 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

 

A Lexis Enquiry Desk service run by the student representatives will also be available after the tutorial session from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm for students who have specific questions about the use of Lexis.com.  To reserve a seat for the tutorial or book an appointment for the enquiry desk service, please register at http://obelix.lib.hku.hk/cgi-bin/course/list_gp_m.cgi?category=43 in advance.  Souvenirs and training materials will be distributed to participants.  Seats are limited on a first-come-first served basis but walk-ins are also welcome if space is available.

Want to get research help from your fellow students?  LexisNexis will launch its Student Representative programme this week with three student representatives who have been trained to help you with the use of LexisNexis.  Your student representatives will hold a tutorial in Discussion Room C, Law Library, on:
